Who manages the TU Delft Webshop?
The TU Delft Webshop is managed by Unigear. Unigear is a specialist in managing sustainable merchandise for educational institutions in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Can I buy merchandise on the TU Delft campus?
This is possible. You can buy the merchandise at the TU Shop in the Aula, Mekelweg 5, Delft. For the current stock at TU Shop, please contact the point of sale.
How do I order products via the webshop?
After the choice has been made, you can add the product to the shopping cart. If you want to order multiple products, add them to the shopping cart. Once everything has been added, click on the shopping cart and then the "Proceed to Checkout" button. Then follow the options for completing and paying the order.
Payment in advance for personal use: In the next field you choose the desired payment option iDeal or Paypal and then fill in the requested address details. After filling in all fields, click on "Place order" and you will automatically be taken to the chosen payment environment. After completing the payment you will receive an order confirmation of your order.
Payment with Baancode - TU Delft employees: Choose “Baancode” as payment method and fill in the "Baancode". You will then receive an order confirmation of the order placed and the invoice will be sent to the TU Delft financial administration after delivery.
How do I redeem my received voucher or discount code?
Follow the process mentioned above, but before you click on "Place order", you must first enter the voucher code/discount code you have received. You can add this in the "Discount code field" and then click "Use discount code". Please note: After confirming the discount code you cannot go back to the previous field. If you do, the discount code/voucher code will be seen as previously used and can no longer be used. If you have redeemed the discount code/voucher code, you will see this in the final amount of the shopping cart. Then click on "Place Order" and complete the order according to the above instruction.
What is the delivery time?
After placing the order, it is automatically processed in our warehouse system and the order will be shipped within 48 hours. You will receive an e-mail from the warehouse containing the shipping confirmation and then an e-mail with the track & trace code(s) of the order.
Can I pick up the order somewhere?
Unfortunately it is not possible to collect an online order. The order will always be delivered to a physical address.
Can I order products with extra imprint?
Of course it is possible to personalize existing products with a name or logo/text. Certain conditions apply to the use of the TU Delft logo for products that are not included in the standard range. You can send a request for this to sales@unigear.nl, after which we will contact you.
Can I also order products that are not in the webshop or in large quantities?
Yes that is possible. Please contact sales@unigear.nl for further information.
Can I return incorrectly ordered items?
Yes that is possible. Click on the exchange/return link in the footer of this webshop.

How long does it take before I can expect a response from Unigear?
Unigear aims for a response time to an email of 1 working day. A request for a quote will be confirmed within 1 working day. The quotation itself will be sent within 2 working days.
